Breakfast Club & Teatime Club

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club is available every day from 7.45 am. You must book a place, for each session required, via Arbor.

Breakfast Club charges are £3.50 from 7:45am or £2.50 from 8:00am per child each day. Please make payment for Breakfast Club online via Arbor, as we no longer accept cash payments. Your child’s attendance at Breakfast Club will be recorded on the system on a daily basis and the charge for that day will show on your Arbor account by mid-morning. We ask parents to ensure that Breakfast Club fees are paid by the end of each week. (Non-payment could result in your child being unable to access this provision).

Children attending Breakfast Club will be provided with breakfast from a choice of cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, fruit and yoghurt. There is a choice of fruit juice or water. This is included in the charge.

We ask that you let us know if you no longer require sessions that have been booked, as soon as possible and by the end of the day prior to the session at the latest. If we do not receive notice of a cancellation, you will be charged for that session, except in the case of a child being absent due to illness.

Tea Time Club

Teatime Club is available every day until 5pm. You must book a place, for each session required. Please note that, unless your child is booked into Teatime Club, they will not be able to attend. Bookings are made via Arbor.

Teatime Club charges are £1.50 until 4:15pm or £5 until 5pm. If your child is attending an after school club they can attend 4:15pm until 5pm for a charge of £3.50 (this includes a snack). Please make payment for Teatime Club online via Arbor, we do not accept cash payments. Your child’s attendance at Teatime Club will be recorded on the system on a daily basis and the charge for that day will show on your Arbor account by mid-morning. We ask parents to ensure that Teatime Club fees are paid by the end of each week, as non-payment could result in your child being unable to access this provision.

Children attending Teatime Club after 4:15pm will be provided with a snack such as a sandwich, fruit, crisps and a drink. This is included in the charge.

Wraparound Care Terms & Conditions

How to book

All places at Breakfast Club and Tea Time Club should be booked via the Arbor app. You can make bookings for Breakfast Club up to 8 hours before the session required, and Tea Time Club bookings up to 2pm on the same day. After these deadlines, please contact the office and we will try to accommodate your request.

Please be aware that places at Breakfast Club and Tea Time Club are limited and you will not be able to book a session if we have reached the maximum number of places.

Breakfast Club Charges

There are two Breakfast Club sessions per day; you may book the early session from 7.45am or the later session from 8am. The charge for the early session is £3.50 per child, per day, the charge for the second session is £2.50 per child, per day. These charges include breakfast.

Children who attend Breakfast Club without a prior booking will be charged £5.00 per session.

Tea Time Club Charges

There are two Tea Time Club sessions per evening. The first session is from 3:15pm - 4:15pm, the second session is from 4:15pm - 5:00pm. If you require both sessions, please book the 3:15pm – 5:00pm slot. If your child attends an after school club, and you would like them to join Tea Time Club after their club finishes, please book the second session only.

Children will be provided with a snack at the beginning of the second session, from 4:15pm. The cost of the first session is £1.50 per child; the cost of the second session is £3.50 per child, including a snack.

Please note that there may be a late collection fee of £10.00 per child for children collected after 5:00pm.

Children who attend Tea Time Club without a prior booking will be charged £5.00 for the first session and £7.50 for both sessions.

How to cancel a booking

If you need to cancel or amend a booking, please contact the school office. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible and by the end of the day prior to the booking at the latest. If we do not receive notice of a cancellation before this time, you will be charged £5.00 for that session, except in the case of a child being absent due to illness.

Payment of fees

We ask parents and carers to ensure that fees are paid by the end of each week, as non-payment could result in your child being unable to access this provision. Please make payments via Arbor.

If you pay via vouchers, please email school to let us know the date you paid, the amount and your reference number. Once we have received the payment, we will update your Arbor account. Please make payments in advance to allow time for the funds to clear.

Extra-Curricular Clubs (After School Clubs)

We offer a range of after school clubs each half term. The extra curricular clubs offered reflects requests from our children.

Please see the timetable for Autumn Term 1 below.

Please note, refunds for clubs booked for the duration of the term are considered on a case by case basis.
